I liked its amazingly helpful and attentive employees.
The hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely great, but I stayed for 2 nights only. I ate at a fabulous restaurant with food food. I had central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and flat-screen television in the room. Its location walking distance to restaurants and bars was comfy. A few times I ate at Hon Sushi, located at a medium distance from the venue.

The hotel featured a modern design and was very convenient for visiting the Shoreline Amphitheatre, which was great for our family. The staff were polite, and the pool area looked inviting, although we didn’t get a chance to swim. Parking was also easy and free. The food options were quite limited, and having to order in for our kids was inconvenient, but overall, we enjoyed the location and the warmth of the staff.

missingWrote a review on 15 Julhigh pricing
The cost felt a bit steep, especially since the room was on the smaller side. I really wished a complimentary breakfast option was included. The existing morning food selections lacked variety and affordability. An early check-in fee also felt unjustified for an almost empty hotel, and I frequently had to work around the $20 per hour charge for extending stay times as well.

The Shashi Hotel Mountain View Palo Alto provided fantastic amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and convenient office pod spaces for meetings. The lobby exuded a warm atmosphere, complemented by spa-like details such as robes and slippers. The dining experience at Broma was also really good, with delicious meals that both I and my teenage colleague enjoyed.
Bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

It's just an appropriate option for spending a night in Mountain View with good value. The strong perfume smell in the hallways was a bit much, but the polite staff was helpful despite being short-handed. Keep in mind the strict policies on check-in and check-out times may not work for everyone.
